2 User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, such as enrolled courses and the LMS, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. For students under 18, registration and enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

3 Intellectual Property

All content provided on The EdTech platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, downloadable materials, and software, is the exclusive property of The EdTech Institute of Artificial Intelligence and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any content for commercial purposes.
  • Downloading, sharing, or distributing course videos or materials without written consent.
  • Modifying, publishing, or transferring any part of the content to another person.

4 Course Enrollment & Payments

When you enroll in a paid course or program, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our website. All payments must be made through our approved payment gateways.

  • Fees are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified on the course page.
  • Access to the course material is granted only after successful receipt of payment.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any behavior that violates the law, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts the functioning of our platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international law.
  • Attempting to hack, decipher, or bypass any security features of the LMS or website.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Harassing, discriminatory, or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
  • Sharing your LMS login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

6 Certifications & Verification

Upon successful completion of a course, students may be awarded a Certificate of Completion. The EdTech reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate if:

  • A student is found to have engaged in academic dishonesty or plagiarism.
  • Payment for the course is disputed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
  • The student violates any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
Certificates are verifiable through our official Verification Page. Fake or altered certificates will be strictly dealt with under applicable legal provisions.

7 Termination of Access

The EdTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in conduct harmful to The EdTech, its users, or third parties.

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The EdTech provides educational services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the highest quality of education, we make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary increments resulting from course completion.

The EdTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the LMS.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
